Mommy and Me Creations began shortly after I had my son, who is often featured in many of our photos helping out! Wesley was born with Down Syndrome, and at first, Mommy and Me Creations started as an opportunity to make matching shirts for him and I to raise awareness for Down Syndrome. We then, after a few months begun exploring what we were capable of creating. We started out with t-shirts and expanded into making signs, and small custom creations as gifts, and corn hole boards. After requests, we started teaching DIY Classes to give individuals the opportunity to make it themselves! (These are our favorites, I highly recommend booking a class) We recently moved home, to begin yet another chapter. We are now working on so much more with the consistent help of Vicky (who you I’m sure have seen in just as many pictures as Wesley) and are able to offer even more then before!
We are now rebranding, to include our newest daughter into the mix! You will see the new changes in our name, which is now-- The Chicken Coop Design Co.

DIY WORKSHOP INFO!
Here at our DIY workshop we will guide you through the process of creating your own custom wooden sign over the course of about 2.5-3 hours. From sanding and staining to stenciling and painting, you will learn to work with natural wood grains, knots and textures. You will leave with a piece of art that is one of a kind.
Never touched paintbrush?? No worries, this class is for beginners or experts and everyone in between. You will also have the opportunity to choose paint colors and wood stain that best coordinate with your style and taste.
No two pieces of wood are alike and grains and textures vary from each piece.
No need to dress to impress, you may get messy
Pre-Registration is required. Registration will close 4-5 days prior to our events so we can prepare the wood and materials!
